Old Bus Depot Markets

Last week I had my Lorna&Jack stall set up at the OBDM for a theme day they have called 'Creative Fibre'. It is one of the busiest days at the markets and the turnout was great. I managed to sell a whole bunch of t-shirts and lots of new Heartcore Pins that had recently arrived from Aimee in Barcelona. Unfortunately I was so very busy that I didn't have the chance to check out many of the other stallholders (other than the warm apple cider man and the Laos food stall!) so that was a little disappointing.
A few weeks ago however, I did take the Sunday off to give myself a chance to explore and it was so nice to be a customer for once. I made a few purchases - incense from my favourite incense lady, a corduroy handbag with owls on it, fresh flowers and some art work from one of my favourite stallholders, Michael. Michael is amazing and so charismatic as well as being a super great artist with a unique vision in his work. Many of his paintings/prints are quite funny but have a lovely message which Michael is always more than happy to explain to you while you're deciding what to buy. If you happen to swing by on a Sunday, go and visit him for a chat, he's super duper friendly and lots of fun. I've attached the paintings I bought from him on my lovely day off.
